2. Product condition: Eligible products may be returned opened or unopened.

3. Refund amount: Once the return is approved, you will receive a full refund of the eligible product’s purchase price.

4. Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

5. Return authorization: Contact us before returning an item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team.

6. Product limit: The guarantee applies to a maximum of one opened unit of each eligible product per customer. Additional unopened units may be eligible for return after approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the approved return has been received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Shipping Information

4. Unclaimed or refused parcels: Any reshipping costs for an unclaimed, refused or incorrectly addressed parcel are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Delivery restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO or AE addresses.
